How Mentorship Works

Mentoring is one-on-one and conducted entirely online, usually about one hour per week. You design the project structure around your own field: typically guided reading of current literature, methodological training, and supervision leading to a written research report and final presentation.

Some students also prepare their findings for prestigious international research competitions, such as the S.-T. Yau High School Science Award.

Your Role & Academic Autonomy

We screen applicants thoroughly and share student profiles with you in advance. You participate in an initial dialogue with each candidate before deciding whether to take them on.

During the program, you provide intellectual direction, critical feedback, and methodology; the research output itself remains strictly the student's own work.
